Song info  Timru is a medicinal plant, found in the Shivalik Hills. Its pungent in nature. Timru, also called Timbru in Hindi & Sanskrit, and Timber in English. Its seeds are used to make Chatni/Chutney. This song is a traditional but mischevious housewife's perspective towards her in-laws & husband. She pulls a prank on them by preparing this Timru di Chatni loaded with chillies and serves it to her in-laws quietly enjoying their plight. And when she has to serve it to her Kaenta (husband in Dogri) she mixes Mishri (Rock Sugar) into it. This song unlike most of popular Dogri songs isn't a folk. Yet quite popular
